Their office was one of the quietest, most peaceful places I've ever visited. I was able to relax very easily. I felt very safe in their care. I definitely trust them. They returned my phone calls quickly. I know that I'll get a prompt answer to my question. I didn't wait long at all. My appointment started on time, and the wait was much shorter than other offices I have been to. They were kind and attentive to me.

Their office was one of the quietest, most peaceful places I've ever visited. I was able to relax very easily. I have already sent so many people here. They truly deserve more recommendations than I can give! I love that they never cancel their appointments last minute here. I can always count on them to be there for me. Not only did I find a parking spot right away, but I knew my car was safe because the spots were designated and close to the entrance. They always make an extra effort to make me feel respected and attended to. They always listen to every question or concern I may have. I have gone to this office for 13 years, and would have continued if I didn't have to move out of the area.

The restrooms at this office were spotless. It smelled amazing in there and looked immaculate. They do such a great job of never overbooking appointments, even though they are extremely popular. I know for a fact that they have lots of business, but I've never had to wait a long time in a crowded waiting room like other places I've been too. They go out of their way to make everyone feel equally respected and cared for. I've seen client favoritism at some of the other places I've been, and I really appreciate the extra effort they make to avoid that here. I always have the best experience every time I have an appointment here. Although I have not had much to complain about, I have noticed that they strongly adhere to the customer is always right policy and if anything goes wrong make every effort to correct the situation. They are completely committed to helping me as long as it takes to find the best solution. I never have to worry that they'll back out or give up if a solution isn't reached immediately, which has been a problem for me at other places. I feel very trusted in the hands of Dr. Dugan
