My PCP is in this same office. Unfortunately I had an after hours issue that needed immediate attention. To my great discomfort, Dr. Andrews was the individual on call. He responded to me with a pompous attitude, and simply told me that if I had an issue, I should go to the hospital. Completely useless, didn't answer any of my questions, and made me feel as if I was in the wrong for not wanting to just jump into the ER. After 9 hours there, the kind ER nurse informed me that if the doctor I had originally spoke to - I.e. Dr. Andrews - had actually listened to what I was saying, he could have prescribed medication that would have stopped everything within the hour. I have been completely unsatisfied and extremely annoyed with Dr. Andrews practice. If you're looking for a doctor who actually cares, Dr. Andrews is not the doctor for you. Avoid at all costs!

Went to the office for what I thought was an urinary infection. Did the urine sample and came back negative. Told me that I did not have an infection and that stress causes these problems. That I made up the symptoms. I never go to the doctor unless I have a problem. Suffered couple day with the problems and then found out what was causing it. Not in my mind at all. Never looked any further for my problem- was going to dismiss me! Never would recommend him to anyone!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

No, they've never taken personal calls with me

Not at all! They were happy to address every concern I had

Not at all, they had plenty of staff members to help me whenever I needed assistance

Absolutely, they always make me feel like I'm their only patient.

Absolutely! They aren't arrogant at all and are more than willing to pursue advice when necessary
