They would never suggest that I buy something that wasn't necessary, and never pressured me. They were always very considerate and professional. One thing I love about them, is that they're always willing to ask for other qualified professionals' advice when they don't have an answer for my question. I never have to worry about them giving me a wrong answer just because they weren't willing to ask for help. They gave me sufficient information to make a decision about my treatment plan. Their staff is very friendly and professional. I spend a little too much time in the waiting room. I've waited longer at other offices, but I was hoping to be seen sooner.
