Their staff is always friendly and the wait is never long. Dr. Bamford explains everything very well. All of my questions are answered when I am there for an appointment and they are prompt to call back with results as well as returning my calls. It is also easy to get appointments when you are sick.

The office was very easy to locate. I didn't have any trouble finding it at all. I got an appointment quickly. I've never had to wait too long. They listened closely to everything I was telling them, and showed a lot of attention to detail. I've never had to worry about them forgetting something or not reading my information correctly, which I've encountered at other places. Dr. Bamford takes the time necessary to take care of you. You can tell she really cares about her patients.

I was completely at ease during my appointment here. They went to great lengths to make sure I was completely relaxed and comfortable the entire time. I'm always amazed at how considerate and concerned they are for my well-being. Their advice is always wonderful and completely unbiased. Not only did I find a parking spot right away, but I knew my car was safe because the spots were designated and close to the entrance. The staff was warm and welcoming, which I appreciated. They are very friendly there. Let me just say that this business is in one of the safest areas around and you will be pleasantly surprised at how lovely the surroundings are. Dr Jennifer Bamford takes her time and listens.
