Charges 5% fee for copay for using debit or credit card. Lab in a dirty kitchen and did not use gloves or alcohol. Would not release medical records. After demanding medical records, Tar wrote a false report and lied about conditions I never had nor have. Medicare billing codes were at the end of each assessment and exam that was never performed.

No sure if this is the same Dr. Tar who is now in Florida. But, if it is, I have nothing but great things to say on his behalf. He helped me when I went to so many doctors that could not. Before going to him, I could not walk. I now play pickleball. I am like a new person. I have be taken care of like family. I would recommend him and his staff to anyone.
I feel the best that I have since going to Dr. Tar at the Allergy and Arthritis Treatment Center. His staff is courteous and kind and Dr. Tar and Karen are great. I would not go anywhere else

I was recommended to Dr. Tar by my primary. My first visit was very encouraging. after recommending a certain treatment he had to run a full panel of blood tests which they drew my blood right there in the office. After a couple of months i received a bill from quest diagnostics for over $5,000 which was because they had sent my labs to a out of network lab which they knew where it needed to be sent to because after calling them up and talking to the office manager and telling her i had united healthcare she said yes that needed to go to lab corp. well long story short after a year and a half of trying to get this figured out i am stuck paying $2500 to quest because leslie tar's office did not take responsibility for their mistake
