Warm, great listener, takes his time so you don't feel rushed, thorough, a great diagnostician, and clearly a doctor who loves what he does after all these years! This is the way medicine used to be practiced - and should still be, but most doctors don't anymore. I feel so so lucky to have found Dr. McFarland!

They paid close attention to me and all of my questions were answered. I had to wait for a little while after I arrived for my appointment, but I've had to wait longer at other places. Every time I come here they always remember me by name and greet me as soon as I walk in the door, even if it's been months since my last appointment. It was so easy to find, I didn't have any trouble at all. They always take the time to listen to me. I know they really care about me and what I have to say.

Dr McFarland really went out of his way to help us clear up an unidentified skin rash on my son. Beyond what I expected Dr even escorted us to the emergency room to make sure other issue were addressed and followed up to make sure we got in with another specialist. I highly recommend this DR! Thank you for your extra efforts!

It was easy to get the appointment time that worked for my schedule. They explained all the risks and benefits of my treatment options. Everything was explained in detail, all my questions were answered, and I felt a lot better about choosing a treatment plan. I'm always amazed at how considerate and concerned they are for my well-being. Their advice is always wonderful and completely unbiased. I've been to one or two places that had a really bad smell. I was worried I would encounter it here too but I didn't notice anything. I was given a polite greeting when I walked in. It was nice to be acknowledged.

They always go above and beyond to help me with anything I need. They never complain about anything, and I know I can always count on them. They didn't pressure me to buy anything I didn't need, which I really appreciated. I've been to other places that pressured me to buy stuff and it always made me very uneasy. The waiting room here is spacious. I never feel like I have to sit too close to someone or that it is overcrowded. The one thing that I really enjoy about this place is their high level of customer service. Their full attention is always on me and they never take personal calls during my appointment. I've been to other places that answer their phone and it just drives me crazy. Their prices were very fair. The level of care you get for the price is outstanding.
