Dr. Hanley is great - takes time to answer questions and I like his approach to my Baker's cyst, which is not to aspirate it and not to operate. He gave me a variety of treatments, including a referral for orthotics, PT, joint supplements and anti-inflammatory meds (including a topical cream). Staff friendly, relatively easy to get an appointment. I will keep going back.

I feel like they go out of their way to accommodate my schedule. I always get the appointment time I want. They have some of the best customer service I have ever seen. Putting their customers first is definitely a priority here and it shows. I was amazed at how wonderfully they treated each of their staff members. They were so appreciative and thankful. I've never seen any employer treat their staff better, and it made me want to come back that much more. I never had to doubt their qualifications. They made their credentials completely obvious, which made me feel a lot safer. Every time I come here they always remember me by name and greet me as soon as I walk in the door, even if it's been months since my last appointment. They are so thoughtful and amazingly sweet, I just love this place.
