She is so incredibly compassionate with wonderful listening skills. Even after leaving her office she continues to search for answers to what you may be dealing with. She is a delight to see and be with every time I need to call upon her expertise. I have been with her for many, many years and could not ask for a better physician. She has your health in mind at all times.

Their staff is very friendly and professional. I felt like my needs were mostly met, but due to having only the patient (poor processor of information) attend the appointment, critical information was not clearly communicated. Another, major, problem was that Dr. Helman does not work with insurance companies directly and was not in-network with our insurance provider.

I was happy and relieved that they were able to answer all of my questions. I felt like I got a good amount of information. One thing I love about them, is that they're always willing to ask for other qualified professionals' advice when they don't have an answer for my question. I never have to worry about them giving me a wrong answer just because they weren't willing to ask for help. I don't think I have ever been put on hold here for a long time and am so impressed with how quickly all of my questions are answered. There's nothing worse than having to wait on hold for a half an hour just to get someone to talk to you. They answered my questions and spent a lot of time with me. I didn't feel like they were trying to rush my appointment at all. I was in awe at the level of service I received. They completely surpassed all my expectations and I will absolutely be going back.
