Dr. Sunderland was the doctor who took care of my youngest son, Hugh, who was born with transposition of the great arteries in 1986. He is now a happy, healthy adult. I am very grateful to Dr. Sunderland for taking such good care of him.
Assuming this is the same Dr. Sunderland that was my primary physician/pediatrician for my heart surgeries in 1970, 1977, and 1982; she is a wonderful physician that truly cares about her patients. I remember returning to the hospital for a check-up and one of the nurses called her to tell her that one of her patients was back for a check-up. She was off duty that day, but came in personally to see me; despite it being a standard check-up that didn't require her supervision. She cares about her patients more than almost any doctor I have ever met before or since.
I remember Dr. sunderland from when I was treated for kawasakis syndrom as a child in 1984. she is a wounderful women ,and I would not be here 27yrs. later if not for her. iam gratfull for her being there Jamie Hall : )
