They go out of their way to make everyone feel equally respected and cared for. They are very respectful. Listen very well and explain what is going on. Love this place and would recommend them.

I've been looking for an orthopedic surgeon that put in the extra effort to make me feel valued and important and I think I found it. They are warm, friendly, and one of the most welcoming offices I've visited. They always make an extra effort to make me feel respected and attended to. They always listen to every question or concern I may have. They always go above and beyond to help me with anything I need. They never complain about anything, and I know I can always count on them. They always return my phone calls quickly. I always know that I'll get a prompt answer to my question. They've never dismissed any of my concerns as unimportant, and take every concern of mine very seriously.

It was easy to get the appointment time that worked for my schedule. They always made sure that I wasn't in any pain. I was given a polite greeting when I walked in. It was nice to be acknowledged.
