I had an appointment at 9:40 am this morning. I checked in at 9:30. After sitting and being overlooked for over an hour and a half, I had still not been addressed in any way by the staff at this office. I was supposed to see Dr. Potesta. I run a business and I feel that my business is just as important as the doctor's, and my time just as valuable. Sadly, I had to leave without being seen. I would NOT recommend this facility to anyone, at least to anyone who has respect for their own time.
I truly don't understand why doctors feel they have to overbook their schedules so heavily that they cannot possibly fulfill appointment schedules... perhaps just to load up their wallets...?

No, they've never taken personal calls with me

Yes, they made sure I had everything I needed!
