I was shocked when they dismissed my concerns as unimportant and told me I was just overreacting. I knew that my situation needed attention, and I couldn't believe that they wouldn't even look into it. I wasn't greeted at all when I entered their office. I could tell they noticed I walked in, but they still didn't acknowledge me. I'm not sure if they really knew anything about child safety and nutrition they definitely never mentioned it. I was hoping they would be able to give me more information.
