Dr. Vogelgsang is our familys pediatrician, we see him at the Parma location and he is wonderful with the kids. He is caring and very kind. The kids are not frightened to go to the Dr and he is very good about seeing their development with each milestone and being sure I keep informed and on track for immunizations. I really feel comfortable asking him questions and am more than pleased with him for our Dr. The reason I did not give him 5 stars is because of his front desk staff. On numerous visits I have felt that his front staff is short tempered, impatient and a times even rude. I have had phone calls gone unreturned and appointments that were not correctly put in the system causing me delays and even reschedules. If it were not for his front desk/reception area I would have more highly reccomended.
