They didn't pressure me to buy anything I didn't need, which I really appreciated. I've been to other places that pressured me to buy stuff and it always made me very uneasy. I couldn't believe how little I ended up having to pay for my appointment. They have very affordable prices. When comparing them to others I have visited for the same condition, they are among the best I have seen. Their offices was one of the easiest places to locate ever. I found it in minutes. I spent less then fifteen minutes in their waiting room. It was great not to have to rearrange my schedule at all for my appointment.

They definitely weren't easy to reach in an emergency. I had to call several times before someone finally picked up. Whenever I have to wait in a waiting room a while, I always look forward to at least being able to read their magazines, but not here. All of their magazines were from the 1990's and weren't entertaining at all. The magazines in their waiting room were so boring. It made my time in the waiting room drag. I felt very judged during my appointments. I couldn't believe how accusatory and condescending they were, and I couldn't wait for it to be over. They made me wait in the waiting room for so long. It felt like I was in there for hours.

I've never seen anyone who is more respected by their staff. The entire staff only had great things to say about working there, and it made me want to return all the more. They had quite a few interesting magazines, which made my time in the waiting room go by much faster. I was able to talk freely during my appointment without worrying about being judged or criticized. They were very supportive and understanding. They are always prepared for my appointment and remember everything about me. During my appointment, I knew that I always had their full attention. They listened to everything I said without interrupting.
