I didn't wait long at all. My appointment started on time, and the wait was much shorter than other offices I have been to. I was explained every possible side effect before being prescribed medication, and was fully informed about both the positive and negative outcomes, and the risks of procedures. They were extremely informative. They went out of their way to make me feel special and respected, and were very sympathetic to my situation. I've never seen more kindness and empathy anywhere else. I got an appointment quickly. I've never had to wait too long.

Not at all, it was very peaceful and quiet

Immediately! They gave me a friendly greeting as soon as I walked in
