When comparing her to others in their field, I would say Jean Burton was by far the worst I have ever seen. I will never return. She wasn't able to answer ANY of my questions. I question how she got their degree. I had just found out I was pregnant for the first time and was asking her questions like: is there something NATURAL I can take for really bad cramps and her response with a attitude was: "WELL I CAN'T PERSCRIBE YOU A NARCOTIC!". What about NATURAL does she not understand... I then asked her if there was a tea that would be good for the pregnancy and she said that it didn't exsist. There is one: Rasberry leaf tea. She checked my hcg levels and left me a documented message on my cleveland clinic mycharts page saying that everything looked great and my levels were going up as they should. SHE LIED. 2 weeks later I found out I had a miscarriage and the different doctor I saw because she was out of town said that it was to be expected bc my hcg levels didn't go up as much as they liked. I said then why wouldn't she have told me?! And he said she must have over looked it. If she would have told me my levels werent right to begin with 2 weeks prier, then I wouldnt have told the world I was pregnant, and this miscariage wouldnt be so painful. Do not go to Dr Burton. She deosn't smile, she makes you feel insecure, shes unhappy, and she doesn;t answer any questions.

Never! They have lots of business, but they do such a great job of never overbooking.

Not at all, their office smelled fantastic!

Yes, they made sure I had everything I needed!
Did a staff member acknowledge or greet you when you entered?
Immediately! They gave me a friendly greeting as soon as I walked in
