Never, they go out of their way to address every concern of mine immediately

Not at all, they were one of the kindest, most attentive individuals I've ever met

It was very easy to get an appointment. They have a very flexible schedule and get me in quickly every time. I love that they never cancel their appointments last minute here. I can always count on them to be there for me. It was so nice to arrive and see many fully qualified staff members. I've gone to some places that were very understaffed and I've never had a good experience. This place had a great staff though, and I'll definitely be going back.

Their equipment was very advanced and sophisticated. I was very impressed. I always have the best experience every time I have an appointment here. Although I have not had much to complain about, I have noticed that they strongly adhere to the customer is always right policy and if anything goes wrong make every effort to correct the situation. I'm always amazed at how considerate and concerned they are for my well-being. Their advice is always wonderful and completely unbiased. They are an absolute expert in the field. I would never feel unsafe or apprehensive in their care. I was completely at ease during my appointment here. They went to great lengths to make sure I was completely relaxed and comfortable the entire time.
