It is the assistant to Dr.White who you ALWAYS have to go through that is impossible and RUDE. She has no manners, and treats everyone as if they are ignorant. She is by far the least caring person in a medical office I have ever seen. For Dr.White to retain her as an employee, is not a good reflection upon him, or his idea of personal care.
