After almost 5 years under Dr. Novick's care I definitely recommend this doctor to people I know. Both the doctor and staff here are extremely friendly and welcoming. They put in the extra effort to make me feel valued and important. Their staff is the most friendly, welcoming staff I've ever dealt with. They are so warm and professional, and make the whole experience that much better. Their equipment was very advanced and modern. I was impressed. They are completely committed to helping me.

Very professional in all aspects from reception through billing. Dr. Novick is a superb communicator and encourages you to ask questions and to be involved with the procedure. I have never felt rushed while with him. And, he hires very effective assistants to work with him and they are with him when he visits patients. The assistant can prepare prescriptions right on the spot and you walk out with them--highly effective.

They always make an extra effort to make me feel respected and attended to. They always listen to every question or concern I may have. I was so impressed with the progress I was able to make after visiting them. All my questions were answered, and I feel a lot more confident and hopeful about the future. They always dress so professionally here, the entire staff obviously makes an effort to look their best and maintain a very professional appearance.

The office was easy enough to find. The staff didn't seem to know a whole lot about the company they worked for. Every single time I'd ask them a question, they'd refer me to someone else. It was very frustrating. There was lots of available parking at their office. I was glad that I didn't have to drive around looking for parking. They made no attempt to follow up with me after my appointment. To me it was a big deal, but it does say something about the overall atmosphere of the office. They definitely favor certain clients, and make an extra effort to help those clients. I was afraid that they wouldn't help me if they didn't like me.
