I do not like the way their office does business. I found them to be inflexible and not solution oriented. I would rate their customer service as very poor. So poor in fact that they have turned away one of our family members because they do not want to go any further than their minimal service practices to accommodate them. We are looking for a new place to be served and where our needs do not feel like an inconvenience.

I do not agree with the way they do business here, it is always their way or the highway. They are so uncooperative if a customer complains and are never willing to admit if they are wrong.
I was 5 minutes late from my appointment, they had me wait for 37 minutes without never making eye contact, and finally said that it was too late for me to have my appointment. I was free to reschedule.

It seemed like they were trying to help every other patient in the room first, and super annoyed for my 5 minute tardiness, and rush my annoyed to be helping me. It was obvious that they wanted me to go somewhere else. They only cared about what would make them the most money.

He/she would never do that! Their full attention is always on me.
