I would rrefer all my friends and family to Dr Frazier..He is a very competent & friendly Dr..I have doctored with him for years & it's always pleasant & professional .. He's my Dr for life..He really cares about his patience ..

They were extremely argumentative and became angry very easily. I was trying to explain my situation and they just contradicted everything I was saying before I could finish. The magazines in their waiting room were so boring. It made my time in the waiting room drag. It was very clear that they didn't take pride in their office's appearance. In fact, the office was disgusting. I would never send my friends or family here. My experience here was truly horrifying. The waiting area was overcrowded and too small. Multiple people had to stand as there were not enough seats. Everyone was pretty much wedged in.

Absolutely Not

All the time, and they usually don't notify me until right before my scheduled appointment

Never. I don't think they care about helping their clients save money

Definitely, they seemed irritated to work with anyone

Not at all. They saw me but didn't greet me at all

Immediately! They gave me a friendly greeting as soon as I walked in

Yes, they made sure I had everything I needed!

No, they are really great about answering the phone right away

No, they are almost always unavailable

Extremely easy, and close to the entrance

LOVE the Doctor.
Can't get into see him when you need him.
The Receptionist couldn't care less if it's an Emergency or If your Sick.
I thought that why we go to Doctors.
