The office was clean and neat and the staff was friendly but business like. The Dr. addressed my concerns but didn't take time to explain anything and didn't even tell me what it was that I have.or explain the medication he ordered for me. I was pretty confused when I got the medication as to what was for what. The Dr. sure doesn't waste any time in the room with you and I felt I was being rushed so you need to have your questions thought out or written down before you go in. T last time I went the shot they gave me worked before I even got the medicine we had to mail order .

They barely gave me any information at all. I'm going to have to do my own research to get my questions answered. Their staff was friendly enough, but they didn't go out of their way to help me. I feel like my appointment was pointless. None of my questions were answered, nothing was accomplished, and I felt worse when I left. The office was easy enough to find.

I wasn't told any diagnosis by this doctor that barely spent a minute in the office before shoving a prescription at me. I went in for a follow up because I was having severe problems and the nurse made an offhand comment that "Oh, you're the one we're treating for cancer." I had no idea until then. Completely unacceptable and unethical.

I called the office and was on hold for 12 min. I wanted to tell them that i would be a few min. late on bringing my son in for his appt.After holding for 12 min. i hung up and retried after a few min. and finally got mthru and expained we were running 5 to 10 min late they said not going to work Dr. is going to lunch that we would have to rescedule and all of this after waiting on hold leaving work and pickinging my child up and taking hin out of school they said yes sorry but to bad.So we found a Dr. that has more patience for the patient that pay's the bill.
