Not a very friendly place.Front desk are pretty rude. I had Carpal Tunnel surgery in 2012 by Dr Kuzma which did no good at all. I recently requested to have my records sent to another Dr. Was informed they charge 50 cent per page? I paid it but never have heard of this?

They weren't that clean, but weren't filthy
