When comparing them to others I have visited for the same condition, they are among the best I have seen. They were one of the kindest, most caring staff I've ever dealt with. It didn't matter how many times I called with a question or concern, they were always happy to help me. I was glad that they were located in a safe neighborhood. I've been to some other places where I was scared to get out of my car but not here. The restrooms at this provider's office were clean and well-maintained. You could tell that they cleaned them regularly. I was so impressed with the progress I was able to make after visiting them. All my questions were answered, and I feel a lot more confident and hopeful about the future.

They make an extra effort to get to know their patients and find out what they need. They always remember me and make me feel very important. They were friendly, warm, and welcoming. I instantly felt at home and comfortable in their care. Every time I come here they always remember me by name and greet me as soon as I walk in the door, even if it's been months since my last appointment. They are so thoughtful and amazingly sweet, I just love this place. Dr Toth and her PA Cody gave me excellent care for a frozen shoulder problem that was very persistent in spite of treatments. They did not put me off and kept using everything from cortisone to surgery. after a long journey I am now pain free. I'm very grateful they didn't give up on me!

I have had two outpatient surgeries with Dr. Toth and felt they both went well. She is extremely knowledgeable and professional. Her staff is friendly and very helpful. Her PA, Cody Malley, is great to work with and responsive to inquiries.

Dr. Alison Toth *may* be a fine orthopedic surgeon. Her clinical skills are very good.

Dr. Toth told me that she knew why I was in pain and she would help me. Dr. Toth told me that she would clean a nerve and if necessary cut the nerve. Then Dr. Toth sent me to an anesthesiologist for a diagnostic nerve block.

The anesthesiologist told me that no one should ever cut a nerve. The anesthesiologist told me that cutting the nerve would cause horrible pain that may never be able to be diagnosed.

So, I asked Dr. Toth to reconcile the anesthesiologist's comment. Remember - Dr. Toth sent me to the anesthesiologist.

Dr. Toth's response --- she had her office manager call and tell me that she would not treat me!!!

What? Because I had the "audacity" to ask a question (prompted by another Duke doctor's opinion?!

I am not sure whether Dr. Toth has an incredible ego or whether she is just mean. But I do not think very much of any doctor who abandons a patient that is in need of medical care.

With respect to me, Dr. Toth acted unethical and in contradiction of her oath to care for patients in need.
