They've never dismissed any of my concerns as unimportant, and take every concern of mine very seriously. They're really great about taking their time with me, and they don't mind answering my questions. I've never felt like an annoyance to them no matter how many questions I have. They would never suggest that I buy something that wasn't necessary, and never pressured me. They were always very considerate and professional.

He/she would never do that! Their full attention is always on me.
