Dr. Bennett is helpful and courteous. Scheduling appointments has more often than not been a painful experience due to delays, of months sometimes. I had only been able to get in once the same day when very sick. Nurses are courteous and helpful, front desk staff generally is as well. The wait times this year have been awful compared to previous year: 1hr - 1.5 hrs in the waiting room, and then 45minutes to 1 hour in the exam room. That's a waste of a day when you are only seen for about 15-20 minutes between nurse and doctor, which may be okay for retirees, but not for working adults. The last part is the most aggravating part of the experience.

Just as a side note, I was very impressed with how conveniently located this business was and how close it was to other shopping centers. It was so easy to find, I didn't have any trouble at all. They offer the best pricing I've ever seen. I couldn't believe how little I ended up having to pay. Their office was one of the quietest, most peaceful places I've ever visited. I was able to relax very easily. The chairs in the waiting room were of the highest quality. I was so comfortable while waiting for the appointment.

I've never had to worry about them being understaffed or not being able to help me right when I need it. They have a huge staff that's very knowledgeable and qualified. I was given a brief greeting when I walked through the door, but no one made any sort of effort to help me. I felt ignored. They are WAY overbooked and the staff is clearly overworked and not always that pleasant. I've never been in there when the waiting rooms weren't packed with a bunch of very aggravated people. They seem to be more concerned about quantity of business over quality.
