I have been seen at this practice for about 6 months now, and found the staff to be very friendly, especially the ladies in the front office/reception area. They also say hello when you arrive. Both of the physicians are knowledgeable, and spend time listening to your needs, and reviewing your health history. They are extremely caring.
At times, there are issues with wait times, but only when waiting to get lab work done. That part of the practice is outsourced to a different vendor, and they are not as friendly/customer-service oriented. Overall, though, I am very, very satisfied with my medical care here.

Yes! It was effortless!

No, They definitely believe in quality over quantity and allow more than enough time in between appointments

Not at all! They always try to get me in as soon as possible

The staff at this facility always go above and beyond. They never complain about anything, and I know I can always count on them. Just as a side note, this business is really conveniently located and is close to everything. One thing I noticed about their office was how absolutely clean and fantastic it smelled. There was no annoying music playing while I waited or during my visit. I appreciated that they didn't have that typical elevator music on. Mr. Jackson took extra time with me to make sure all my questions were answered and that I had everything I needed before leaving.
