I saw dr. coniglio's physicain assistant on 6 May 2016. She was unable to help me with my ear blockage and tinnitus. told me to get nasonex, but it did not help. i was asked to pay $130.00. I got a letter from my insurance company saying i should only pay $110.00. I called the office to get a refund. The billing woman was condescending and dismissive. She said she would send a $20.00 refund when she got around to it. Unbelievable. Two months since my visit - no refund. i would like my money and i would like not to be treated like that by the help.
