No, there weren't many to choose from

Not at all! They were happy to address every concern I had

Absolutely! They are always very careful and meticulous

The surgeon, I was much more comfortable going into surgery knowing what the surgeon was like

I'm always amazed at how considerate and concerned they are for my well-being. Their advice is always wonderful and completely unbiased. I really appreciated that they didn't pressure me to schedule my surgery right away, or on a specific day. I was able to schedule it on the day I wanted to, and had plenty of time to think it over. I was really glad that I was able to meet and talk to the surgeon that would be performing my procedure, before my actual procedure. I felt a lot more comfortable going into surgery, knowing who the surgeon was and what they were like. I was seen almost as soon as I walked in the door. I didn't have to reorganize my day around my appointment at all. They go out of their way to make everyone feel equally respected and cared for. I've seen client favoritism at some of the other places I've been, and I really appreciate the extra effort they make to avoid that here.

No, If I had known how terrible they were I never would have gone.

Whenever I have a question, even if it's very basic, they always make me schedule an appointment, which is extremely frustrating. They always make sure to return my phone call as soon as possible. They've never left me waiting. The staff really knows what they're doing, and they know a lot about the company they work for. They're able to answer most of my questions, and the only ones they don't are the ones they need their boss's approval for. I was very satisfied with my visit. They were helpful and I left feeling encouraged.

Definitely not. They seem to care more about themselves

Not at all, I showed up early and they were ready to see me

They were average

This provider has helpful information available online, which is really convenient. They have a good website and online presence. They went out of their way to make me feel special and respected, and were very sympathetic to my situation. I've never seen more kindness and empathy anywhere else. There was no annoying music playing while I waited or during my visit. I appreciated that they didn't have that typical elevator music on. Not only were they able to provide everything they promised me, they went above and beyond and exceeded my expectations. I thought it was very kind and professional of them to offer consultations for free. I've hated it when other places have charged me a fortune just for the consultation, but they didn't do that here.
