Dr. Edmund Kwan . He is a priceless gift in the field of plastic surgery. I have been a patient of his for over 7 years and each time my experience has been comfortable and to perfection. They are always prepared for my appointment and remember everything about me. They didn't have a lot of financing options, but I was able to figure it out. I was amazed at how knowledgeable and experienced they were in the procedure I wanted done. It was obvious they had been doing that procedure for years.
