Not only were they able to provide everything they promised me, they went above and beyond and exceeded my expectations. Their staff is very friendly and professional. I was given a polite greeting when I walked in. It was nice to be acknowledged. Just as a side note, I was very impressed with how conveniently located this business was and how close it was to other shopping centers. It was so easy to find, I didn't have any trouble at all.

Their office was nice and quiet. I was worried it would be overly loud but it was fine. Not only did I find a parking spot right away, but I knew my car was safe because the spots were designated and close to the entrance. Their staff is the most friendly, welcoming staff I've ever dealt with. They are so warm and professional, and make the whole experience that much better.

They had a huge selection of magazines in the waiting room. I was able to find some of my favorites and they kept me entertained while I was waiting for my appointment. They made sure that their qualifications were obvious. I was confident that I was under the care of a professional. One of my pet peeves is bad breath, and one thing that I have always noticed about this provider is that they never have bad breath. I've never even noticed a smell at all. They always go above and beyond to help me with anything I need. They never complain about anything, and I know I can always count on them. I've been other places that left me unattended for quite awhile, but not here. They would never leave me unattended and they always go the extra mile to make me feel cared for.
