They make an extra effort to get to know their patients and find out what they need. They always remember me and make me feel very important. They are so kind and caring, and they stay open way past their closing time to help anyone who needs them. They wouldn't deny anyone that needed help. I know I can always count on them. Their primary concern is my safety and comfort, and they always take the time to address every concern of mine immediately. I've been to one or two places that had a really bad smell. I was worried I would encounter it here too but I didn't notice anything.
