I have never seen a coupon for this provider, nor do they ever have specials or promotions going on. I don't think they like to help people save money. I would never visit them again. I was very disappointed. Not only did they not welcome my questions, they just dismissed them as unimportant. I felt like they didn't really care about helping me. I needed some assistance with recieving medical records and I was put off, given the run around and the third degree. Twice I was told the information was on its way, with no assistance ever given. The office staff are RUDE, and act like they are doing you a favor by even dealing with you. I am appaled by the unprofessional behavior demonstrated by the staff in this office. I went with another practice because when I originally tried to schedule surgery the woman was rude. Now I am SO Glad I decided to look for a different surgeon.
