Dr. Bala has the worst bedside manners I've experienced. The only reason I go is b/c my doctor recommends him. He is rude and I wouldn't recommend him to anyone.

STAY AWAY!!! Dr. Subramanyam is one of the rudest people I have ever met in my life. When I asked if I could ask him a question, he replied, "no, there are no relevant questions if this is a normal study." There is no way I'd ever recommend them to any of my friends or family members. If there was some way I could have known what a horrible experience I was going to have, I wouldn't have gone in the first place. I will never return to see them again.

To say that Dr. Subra has no bedside manner is a gross understatement. I informed him and his staff that I knew I had miscarried and did not want to see the ultrasound I went in for, I was upset enough. He came in 35 minutes late, had the screen pointing directly at me, the sound was turned on; he was not gentle in anyway either. After performing the ultrasound he said matter of factly, "This is a bad pregnancy. It isn't good. Sorry." And then left the room without allowing me to say a single word. Not only that, but his staff filed my insurance claim incorrectly, and then proceeded to harrass me for payment and actually yelled at me when I asked them to refile the claim since it was done incorrectly... I would NEVER recommend his office to anyone even under emergency circumstances. I wish I had waited the extra day or two to see another provider.
