They barely acknowledged me and rushed me in and out of the office. It was not easy to reach them in an emergency. I had to call several times before I finally reached them. One thing that I don't appreciate, is that they close exactly at their scheduled time whether someone needs help or not. I can't count on them to help me if I show up even a couple of minutes past their closing time. Apparently they haven't ever heard of the saying "the customer's always right" here. Having a high level of customer service doesn't appear to be their top priority. They weren't very understanding or caring, and they didn't show empathy for my situation. I could tell I wasn't their primary concern.
