I couldn't believe how knowledgeable and well-informed the staff was. They were able to answer all my questions, except the ones they needed to have their boss's input on. It was great to be able to talk to such a skilled staff. I haven't seen any coupons or discounts for this provider's office, but I haven't really looked. They never mention anything about promotions when I'm there. It was nice to see them treat their staff with so much respect. It was obvious that they had a good relationship with all of their staff members. I got an appointment quickly. I've never had to wait too long. When comparing them to others I have visited for the same condition, they are among the best I have seen.

I love the way that they interact with both me and my child every time we visit. They always respect my child's individuality and make an extra effort to always include them. They were one of the kindest, most caring staff I've ever dealt with. It didn't matter how many times I called with a question or concern, they were always happy to help me. There was lots of available parking at their office. I was glad that I didn't have to drive around looking for parking.
