Unfortunately, Dr. Melamed lacks in the area of people skills and comes across predominately as arrogant rather than compassionate or sensitive. Fairly unapproachable and slow to concede when he is in the wrong. Poor to fair choice for treatment; seeking an alternative provider is recommended.

Definitely not! It was obvious they just wanted to make money!

No, they were able to provide everything they said they would

The wait wasn't terrible, but it wasn't the best

I didn't have to wait at all after I arrived for my appointment. They were running right on time, which is a really big deal for me. They go out of their way to make everyone feel equally respected and cared for. I've seen client favoritism at some of the other places I've been, and I really appreciate the extra effort they make to avoid that here. They've always been on time for my appointments. I've never had to worry about them showing up late or not showing up at all. I've never seen anyone who is more respected by their staff. The entire staff only had great things to say about working there, and it made me want to return all the more. They were by far one of the best I've ever seen in their field. It was obvious that they've been exceeding their clients' expectations for many years.
