If you enjoy being spoken down to, see this Physician. If you enjoy being spoken over and rushed out of an office, see this physician. I was a patient here when I was 10 and thought he was tremendously unprofessional at that age due to his extremely unpleasant nature, and 22 years later, he has not changed a bit. As someone who currently works in the medical industry and has seen over six orthopedic surgeons (living in and out of state during this time and playing college athletics), he is by far the most rude, unaccommodating, borderline bullyish know it all physician I've ever had the displeasure of having an appointment. His entire personality on a good day is bordering on offensive (experience when diagnosing). On other days, he's obviously overwhelmed by his career choice where positive customer experience and satisfaction comes secondary to ease of his job (follow up to read images). I've never posted a review before of any experience I've had, good or bad, but this little man has inspired me to do so. Hurting someone's professional career is not what I'm about. I hope to see this physician outside of his office at some point in the future when I'm fully healed to see if he has the ability to speak to me in a similar tone and manner as he did in his own office.

The staff was courteous, friendly and accommodating. They were professional and the lone bright spot at this office. The physician was able to accurately diagnose me, but don't ask him to read films before a report comes in as that would take an extra thirty seconds and inconvenience him. Remember when seeing this doctor, he comes first.

Only saw he PA who told me I had bursitis and it would go away in 6 weeks. He insisted on giving me pain medicine and though I didn't want it. I took the Rx and never filled it. I figured I was halfway through the 6 weeks and would deal with it. Six weeks came and went and I saw another dr who gave me 2 shots of cortisone. He felt I must have torn a ligament as the second shot was extremely painful. He ordered an MRI and x ray. He sent me for PT. it didn't get any better
and I went to an orthopedist on the north shore. He said because I didn't
Get PT right away I developed a frozen shoulder. He wanted to do surgery. I opted for more cortisone and more PT. This happened in
June and because of this office, I didn't get the proper care at the proper time. Thanks, but from now on I will skip this office and get on with my life somewhere else.

dr. marzec is a good doctor -but- they change every appt. i have ever made. I had one appt. changed 4 times. If you complain they tell you to see the physician asst. This is the most unprofessionally run offices I have ever seen.They tell you he has "emergency surgery". even if they change your appt. 3 weeks before. How is that an emergency. The office is run where there is No regard for the patients. I don't even want to go there any more because of this. I will find another doctor with a better run office and everyone else should also.

All the time! the waiting rooms are always packed and It seems as if they are more concerned about quantity over quality
