I was given a polite greeting when I walked in. It was nice to be acknowledged. Although a bit of a wait. Dr. Scarantino was thorough, professional and extremely knowledgable. It is clear that Dr. Scarantino loves his job, but a bit overwhelmed by the # of patients he has. Although he has a lot of patients waiting for him, it did not make him take any less time with me. A follow up appointment is scheduled before i left. They always return my phone calls within the day. I always know that I'll get a prompt answer to my question. They were by far one of the best I've ever seen in their field. It was obvious that they've been exceeding their clients' expectations for many years.
