I was kind of unimpressed with my experience here so I'm not sure if I would recommend them, but I wouldn't persuade others not to go either. I could tell that they took pride in their office's appearance. It was very well organized and well taken care of. They never take that extra step to make me feel special. I haven't ever felt that they care enough to get to know me and that I'm almost an irritation.

They were downright degrading and I didn't feel respected at all. Their comments were hurtful. I had to wait a while after I arrived for my appointment. The staff didn't even keep me updated about how much longer it would be. They didn't follow through with almost everything they told me I would get when I first arrived. I feel like they slighted me.

They wasn't able to answer ANY of my questions. I question how they got their degree. The office was easy enough to find. They consistently dismiss my concerns and accuse me of making problems up. I don't trust them to ever actually look into my concerns and see if they're valid. They were late a few times to my appointments. I wish they had made more of an effort to be on time. Their office was a little too loud. It wasn't unbearably loud but it was starting to hurt my ears.

The one thing that I really enjoy about this place is their high level of customer service. Their full attention is always on me and they never take personal calls during my appointment. I've been to other places that answer their phone and it just drives me crazy. They always made sure that I wasn't in any pain. I was completely at ease during my appointment here. They went to great lengths to make sure I was completely relaxed and comfortable the entire time. Their prices were very fair. The level of care you get for the price is outstanding. I'm usually somewhat sensitive to the cold, so I was a little worried that their office would be too cold, but it was fine. I was very comfortable the entire time.
