I visited this provider some time ago. I decide to not going back. The office was OK, and waiting time was average. Receptionist was polite. My issue was with Dr. Pacis. I didn't feel she took her time to listen to me and my concerns. She asked many routine questions, but didn't give me enough time to elaborate more on what was going on. She examined me and ordered some tests, Next follow up visit I noticed that she had forgotten to give me the prescription for one medications that she had prescribed, so I never took the med. Also, she told me that she didn't know what was going on with me, but to continue taking what she had initially prescribed. well, this was enough for me to make the decision to not come back. I don't like when a doctor tells you that they have no clue about what is wrong with you, but to continue taking meds that who knows if they are working or may even be dangerous.

Their office was the absolute perfect temperature. It was so nice to be able to get out of the weather outside and sit in a relaxing, comfortable office. They have really great customer service here. They always put their customers first, regardless of the situation. This provider has very little helpful information available online. The doctor is very knowledgable and polite, she addressed all my concerns.

I was treated terribly. I'm absolutely positive that I would have gotten better service anywhere else. Their office was nice and quiet. I was worried it would be overly loud but it was fine. I had to wait a while after I arrived for my appointment. The staff didn't even keep me updated about how much longer it would be. They briefly listened to me, but quickly downplayed everything I said or stopped paying attention. I was left in the appointment room by myself, but they eventually returned.
