I went to Dr. Gaughan because was on every pain narcotic possible and hooked on them. She got me off them and dealing differently with my pain. She saved my life when no one else could.

She made sure every single question I had was answered, and is always available if I have questions. Her staff is friendly and welcoming. They are so warm and professional, and make the whole experience that much better.

I was so impressed with the progress I was able to make after visiting them. I feel a lot more confident and hopeful about the future.

She set me up with the amazing staff at PerlPhysical Therapy, who got me walking and out of wheelchair.

I was disappointed that one of there staff (Mel) was VERY rude. I'm usually somewhat sensitive to the cold, so I was a little worried that their office would be too cold, but it was ok. I was very comfortable the entire time. The waiting area is rather small, but there is always a seat available. It would be nice if it was more spacious, but I've never had to stand. They definitely pressured me to buy products. I felt like they were just trying to make money off me.

Their office was the absolute perfect temperature. It was so nice to be able to get out of the weather outside and sit in a relaxing, comfortable office. They explained all the risks and benefits of my treatment options. Everything was explained in detail, all my questions were answered, and I felt a lot better about choosing a treatment plan. I felt that they really valued my health and happiness because they followed up even after my appointment just to check up on me. It was such a nice gesture that made a huge difference. Dr. Gaughan has changed my life. Before I went to her, I was in really bad shape.I had radical surgery to put my spine back together, spent 5mos in the hospital, still came home not walking. All the prior Dr.s I seen just wanted to heavily medicate me, which just made things worse, esp. after getting immuned to where they werent even helping. I finally found Dr.Gaughan, I've been seeing her now for nearly 9yrs. She listened to me and most of all...she cared about me. I dont know where I would have been, if I had not found her. I feel she saved my life, I dont know what i would do without her. Her staff also is unbelievable...so kind and caring....always!! Im 55 and have suffered many tragedies...starting at age 4. I had lost hope , because of Dr.Gaughan....I have Hope and Faith. Thank You Dr Gaughan....for everything, especially for giving me back my life.
