They were one of the kindest, most caring staff I've ever dealt with. It didn't matter how many times I called with a question or concern, they were always happy to help me. They were ready to see me with reasonable promptness I showed up for my appointment. I never had to wait for them to show up. The restrooms at this office were spotless. Dr Schaefer is one of the most thorough and and caring persons with whom you will be fortunate to have as your physician. He is as good as you can get in my experience.

Absolutely not! I was never uncomfortable

They were by far one of the best I've ever seen in their field. It was obvious that they've been exceeding their clients' expectations for many years. They made sure every single question I had was answered, and are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered. I knew I was getting top-of-the-line treatment when they told me about what they learned at the latest conference they attended, and how they were incorporating that knowledge into the practice. I was completely at ease during my appointment here. They went to great lengths to make sure I was completely relaxed and comfortable the entire time. They always make sure to return my phone call as soon as possible. They've never left me waiting.

They were ready to see me when I showed up for my appointment. I never had to wait for them to show up. Everyone in my community knows that they are the absolute best in the field. They keep the restrooms well-stocked here, and not just with the basics. There is mouthwash, lotion and other amenities. You can tell they want their clients to be as comfortable as possible. I love that they are always more than happy to answer my questions, and actually welcome questions. I've felt awkward at some other places I've visited when I've tried to ask a lot of questions, but not here. Their office was the absolute perfect temperature. It was so nice to be able to get out of the weather outside and sit in a relaxing, comfortable office.
