Dr Schaefer helped me greatly. He cut thru a lot of medical nonsense and revealed that I did NOT have a serious disease I had been mis-diagnosed with. He also had a good sense of humor which put me at ease in a tense moment.

They went out of their way to make me feel special and respected, and were very sympathetic to my situation. I've never seen more kindness and empathy anywhere else. They always made sure that I wasn't in any pain. They were so kind and attentive to me. I didn't have to worry about them arguing with me, or contradicting what I had to say, which has been a problem for me at other places. Not only were they able to provide everything they promised me, they went above and beyond and exceeded my expectations. They make an extra effort to get to know their patients and find out what they need. They always remember me and make me feel very important.
