My husband is going in for spinal surgery w Dr .Lee this week . He has seen 5 other highly skilled neurosurgeon that said his spinal stenosis was not bad . Right now my husband does everything he is on Federal Workers comp ,& just because his wife/ office manager Kathleen knows how to write a report up to get money from workers comp ,does not mean my husband needs it ! The rudest woman I have ever talked to .I think husband / wife are very crooked

They weren't friendly at all. They were extremely rude and impolite. I would never recommend them to anyone. They were terrible. What a waste! I wish I hadn't bothered to spend the time and money on this appointment. The staff was too casual and downright sloppy in appearance. They barely ever answer any of my questions over the phone, and I've had to make way too many appointments. Dr. Lee staff especially his wife. Are the rudest people I have ever meet. Dr. Lee wife tried to get me to have an operation because I have really good insurance. Stay far far away.

They made sure every single question I had was answered, and were always available if I thought of any more questions I want answered. Dr. Lee's front office staff are both professional and welcoming and make the whole experience that much better. Dr. Lee is very thoughtful in his choice of words, his goal is to ensure that all measures and test are performed before any evasive procedure is deemed necessary or an option. After, each visit - although I was anticipating a quick fix or remedy to my severe pain and discomfort. I was at ease that my case was being handled and addressed . Not to mention, that Dr. Lee is a well-renowned Nuero-surgeon. An impressive resume to say the least. All my questions were answered, and I feel a lot more confident and hopeful about the future.

All the time! the waiting rooms are always packed and It seems as if they are more concerned about quantity over quality
