They always make an extra effort to make me feel respected and attended to. They always listen to every question or concern I may have. I was worried that they were going to wear an obnoxious cologne, because I've dealt with that at other places, but they didn't even wear cologne. It was fantastic to be able to breathe freely the entire time. They made sure that their qualifications were obvious. I was confident that I was under the care of a professional. They've never dismissed any of my concerns as unimportant, and take every concern of mine very seriously. The restrooms at this provider's office were clean and well-maintained. You could tell that they cleaned them regularly.
