Totally thorough and professional and extremely knowledgable. If something's out of his specialty, he networks with a large group of specialists. He has a reputation as a top diagnostician and he certainly came through for me, quickly curing a condition that had been misdiagnosed by my GHI doctors for *years*.

His staff is friendly, caring, and also very professional.

Trouble is that since my wife retired, I can't afford him anymore (after many years). He doesn't take insurance, and he charges what he's worth. Dr. Orsher is a poster case for what's wrong with American healthcare: we have some of the best care in the world, but only the rich can afford it.

They weren't that clean, but weren't filthy

Absolutely not! I was never uncomfortable
