Its always her assistant who take my pressure or ekg or whatever part of the physical is needed.. If I don't go to her office on a Tuesday the door is always locked... I am never told what I need to know when I need to know, only when I complain about not being told... If what I need seems to be what they consider to be too much work for her, I'm gien a reason why she can't do it... A whole bunch of bs.. The guy dr in her office is extremely rude.... He yells at you and will call you a liar if u tell him the door waa locked when you come or you get no answer when you call.. When I asked for the number to administration he refused and said he was administration... He also told the nurse to tell me I had to wait 2-3 days for a paper I've been trying to get signed for 3wks until I wasn't trying to hear that amd asked to speak with him and then he said at the end of the day, because the office was full of sick people waiting to see the dr even though there was only one person in the waiting area and the dr wasn't even there... She was late..... All this as he was calling me a liar and raising his voice telling me he wasn't going to drive to the dr or wherever he was n put a gun to her head to make her sign the paper... He was very rude and unprofessional... Both of the dr's are extremely lazy for any real work
... As soon as I get my paper signed, I am definitely going to switch..... Never going back and I definitely wouldn't recommend this office!!!!!

This doctor talks to you from the door. She does not close it for privacy unless you ask her to. She never touched me during three visits to physically check me. Her assistant took my temp & pressure,ask me questions and the doctor did nothing.(3 times) I ask her to discuss with me-educate me and she brushed me off. The office lost or did not receive (3 times) my paperwork from other doctors/refferrals and lab work. The doctor was not apologetic and somewhat unconcern about this event happening 3 times. She is hard to contact - often I am told she is away (out of the country) and she is away a lot. I will be changing doctors. She was located close for me tho and starting a new process I didn't want to do. I do feel like its my community which is why I and others are treated this way by her. Patients talk while we wait forever in her office.

They always made sure that I wasn't in any pain. The waiting area is rather small, but there is always a seat available. It would be nice if it was more spacious, but I've never had to stand. Their customer service is okay depending on whom you speak too. Their full attention is always on me and they never take personal calls during my appointment. I've been to other places that answer their phone and it just drives me crazy. I've been to one or two places that had a really bad smell. I was worried I would encounter it here too but I didn't notice anything. My calls where answered quickly but unfortunately my questions were not. I never received a phone call to inform me that my test results were back from my physical. I also tried to make an appointment with Dr. Nduka and they did not have her correct schedule. They informed me first that she would not be there for two weeks and then they tried to make an appointment a couple of days later when I informed them I just came out of the hospital. I was not impressed with the customer service on that day. I was so upset that I found another doctor and never went back to her again.
