No, they've never taken personal calls with me

They have really great customer service here. They always put their customers first, regardless of the situation. Their office was well organized and clean. I could tell they took a lot of time making sure it was presentable. They were so kind and attentive to me. I didn't have to worry about them arguing with me, or contradicting what I had to say, which has been a problem for me at other places. It was so nice to arrive and see many fully qualified staff members. I've gone to some places that were very understaffed and I've never had a good experience. This place had a great staff though, and I'll definitely be going back. I haven't seen any coupons or discounts for this provider's office, but I haven't really looked. They never mention anything about promotions when I'm there.

Not at all! I had to schedule an appointment for absolutely everything!

The office really caters to geriatric patients who have the time to sit and wait all day. Unfortunately for the rest of us, who have lives (i.e work, children, etc) there were never any appts available (not that they ever ran on time) on mornings, evening or weekends. I can't run in in the middle of the day with a moments notice! In addition, the receptionists think they are doctors and like to dole out test results basically preventing you from ever speaking to the doctor. Lastly, the staff is so rude. Once their PA Alison left, half of their patients left as well!!

Absolutely! They made me feel like my questions and concerns were stupid

Like the other reviewer, I have had nothing but trouble dealing with these receptionists and as a result have already switched physicians. Unfortunately, because the receptionists have no concern for patients, they have neglected to send over my paperwork to my new doctor even THREE MONTHS after I requested it.

With this office, expect snobby service over the phone and in the office, long wait times, and a basic "you're not special" attitude from the rest of the staff besides Dr. Goldstein.

The first time I went to this office, I literally sat in the waiting room for 2 hours while I threw up multiple times in the bathroom and the receptionists frankly did not care.

The doctor himself is great. Unfortunately his staff will often make it VERY difficult to get an appointment with him. This caused me a great deal of emotional distress just recently at a time when I really needed a doctor's advice the most. I am now seeking a new physician. I hope this is something that he will address that can change for future patients.
