Their office staff alone makes me never want to go to this office again. They will keep you on hold for 20 min and will never fail to give you a huge attitude and be dismissive. You're better off finding a doctor who actually cares enough about his patients to hire a competent staff.

They never left me for an extended period of time and I never felt ignored. They were late a few times to my appointments. I wish they had made more of an effort to be on time. I had to wait for a little while after I arrived for my appointment, but I've had to wait longer at other places.

Their staff was somewhat friendly, but they didn't go out of their way to make me feel welcome. I could tell that they took pride in their office's appearance. It was very well organized and well taken care of. Every time I had a concern, or if I called to ask a question, the staff made me feel like I shouldn't have called. They weren't helpful at all.
